Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Some items cannot be delivered to PO boxes; this is noted on the product page.

Shipping cost

Most items ship free with standard shipping to the US. Some items have a shipping charge, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partners, and delivery times vary by item and destination. When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking information.

Orders with more than one item

Items in the same order may ship separately from different locations. Each shipment has its own tracking information.

Delivery issues

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout; address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
