Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will cover the cost of making it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, return the original item under this policy and place a new order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.
